Nothing but good things to say about Halligans. Kieron was the only builder we found willing to sit down and give a realistic quote and timetable. Always willing to work with us and give suggestions and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Halligans really made a major renovation an easygoing, unobtrusive and affordable experience. I highly recommend them for any project big or small.

I recently engaged Kieron of Halligan's Building to retrofit insulation to my house. This involved removing the existing metal roof, installing insulation under the roof and refitting the roofing sheets. I had many queries and concerns about the effectiveness of this process and Kieron was happy to do extra research and look at a range of options, keeping me informed about best practice.He also checked out my roof structure ahead of time - as it is around 30 years old - and noted that there were some issues with the original woodwork joins that could be dealt with while the roof was off, to make my roof compliant and safer. There were a few other smaller issues which he brought to my attention and these were discussed and solutions reached.The work was completed efficiently and on time. I really appreciated Kieron's willingness to address all my concerns and queries and to keep me fully informed at every step. Thank you Kieron!

We had very major home repairs to our home in Kelmscott , which involved extensive underpinning and drainage work . Damage was caused by poor storm water drainage and reactive clay foundations.Kieron and Dave not only rectified the damage they repaired it that good you could not tell it ever had a problem. We also had them lay exposed aggregate concrete to our patio and build in a new set of french doors.They also rebuilt all of our storm water system. Fantastic Builders in the Armadale, and Kelmscott areas, with loads of experience in hills building. I highly recommend Halligans building. Nothing seamed to phase them. Thanks guys awesome job.
